New Delhi, December 30, 2023 – Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur unveiled the Government of India Calendar 2024, themed “Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat,” emphasizing India’s social, cultural, and economic progress under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Inaugurating the calendar, Minister Thakur underscored India’s remarkable journey toward self-reliance, transforming from the second-largest mobile phone importer to a manufacturing powerhouse. He highlighted the nation’s pivotal role in global vaccine distribution through Vaccine Maitri and its position as the third-largest startup ecosystem.

Thakur emphasized the government’s commitment to women empowerment, exemplified by Ujjwala Yojana and Drone Didi, and highlighted significant steps taken for farmer welfare, including implementing the Swaminathan Committee report and substantial financial support.
